Excavations Pastor, SA adhere voluntarily to the largest international initiative in Corporate Social Responsibility promoted by the United Nations (UN) Global Compact (The Global Compact). Excavations Pastor, SA acquires a strong commitment to the Global Compact initiative (http://www.pactomundial.org) , in order to formalize the core values of our corporate culture , aligning strategy and operations with ten universally accepted principles in the following areas:

Human Rights :

Principle 1 : Businesses should support and respect the protection of universally recognized fundamental human rights within their sphere of influence .

Principle 2 : Businesses should make sure their companies are not complicit in human rights violations

Labor Standards :

Principle 3 : Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining .

Principle 4 : Businesses should uphold the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor

Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labor.

Principle 6 : Businesses should uphold the elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.
